Running your first audit

The audit reads a CSV export from your CRM, cleans it, and reports the revenue sleeping in your unsold estimates. It's free, requires no account, and takes a few minutes end to end.

From the homepage, pick your source (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a spreadsheet), drop in the CSV, optionally add your company name and average job value, and click “Get my free audit.” You'll land on a shareable report page with a private, unguessable link.

What happens to the file

Rows are normalized (emails, phone numbers, amounts, dates), duplicates are merged, and each estimate is classified as won, lost, or unsold. Deterministic rules run first; AI is used only for rows the rules can't read. Your data is used to build your report and nothing else — email us any time to have it deleted.

Limits

• Free audits process up to 2,000 rows per file — larger files are truncated and flagged in the report
• Files must be CSV, up to 10MB
• Rows with no email, phone, or amount are counted as unreachable and excluded
