Preparing your CSV export

The audit is built for real exports, which means messy ones. Don't spend time cleaning in a spreadsheet — duplicates, mixed phone formats, and odd status labels are handled automatically.

Column requirements

• Required (at least one per row): email, phone number, or estimate amount
• Strongly recommended: estimate/quote amount and a status column — these drive the dollar calculations
• Helpful: customer name, estimate/created date, notes
• Everything else: extra columns are ignored safely

Files without amounts

A contact-only list (emails and phones, no amounts) still works — the audit switches to dormant-list mode and reports reachable contacts and a planning scenario for reactivated contacts instead of estimate dollars. Dormant-list mode applies 3% and 8% as its low and high planning-scenario assumptions; these are illustrative multipliers, not a forecast. Add your average job value on upload to see the scenario expressed in dollars. For the full audit, export estimates rather than just contacts.
