CSV and other CRMs

SignalBack does not require a named integration. The audit reads a generic CSV, so any CRM, quoting tool, proposal tool, or spreadsheet that can export rows of quotes or contacts works today — including systems we have never heard of.

This is currently the only supported path into SignalBack. Named integrations are described elsewhere in this section as planned designs; CSV is what exists.

What your export needs

• One row per quote, estimate, proposal, or contact
• At least one of: email, phone number, or amount per row
• A status column if you have one — it drives won/lost/unsold classification
• Any column naming convention; headers are matched flexibly and unrecognized columns are ignored

If your system can't export CSV

Most reporting screens offer CSV or Excel export; an Excel file saved as CSV works. If yours genuinely cannot export, email us with the system name and we will tell you honestly whether we can read what it does produce.
