- Commitments beyond a standard appointment slot
- Any reply the AI is uncertain about
Autopilot
Once you've watched the drafts and trust the pattern, routine replies can be switched to autopilot per campaign — sequence touches and simple scheduling replies send automatically, while pricing changes and complaints continue to wait for you regardless of mode.
